Your access to and use of the Services are conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You are responsible for your use of the Services and for any consequences thereof. The Content you submit, post, or display will be able to be viewed by other users of the Services and through third-party services and websites. You should only provide Content that you are comfortable sharing with others under these Terms.

6. Copyrights and Trademarks

The Services and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Nzuriads and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Nzuriads.

7. Ending These Terms

You may end your legal agreement with Nzuriads at any time by deactivating your accounts and discontinuing your use of the Services.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Please read this section carefully since it limits the liability of Nzuriads and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, partners, and licensors (collectively, the “Nzuriads Entities”). Each of the subsections below only applies up to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the disclaimer of implied warranties or the limitation of liability in contracts, and as a result, the contents of this section may not apply to you.

9. General Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The changes will not be retroactive, and the most current version of the Terms, which will always be at (link to terms), will govern our relationship with you. We will try to notify you of material revisions; for example, via a service notification or an email to the email associated with your account.

By continuing to access or use the Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
